Our Brunch is a very special food experience inspired by the peasant Alberobello tradition. You will be accompanied by the staff along an exciting journey that includes: Salty pancake with scrambled egg, bacon, cherry tomato, rocket and oregano - Bruschettone with avocado cream, burrata and basil EVO oil - French toast (soaked in egg and lactose-free milk) with red fruits and honey - Mini bowl of yogurt, fruit and granola - Includes a fresh orange juice and a hot drink. It is served in "Così com'era" breakfast room, just behind Trulli Holiday's reception. A vegan option is also available. In the attached menu you can also find à la carte alternatives for your tasty break.
